(Overview)

Itrip is a travel agency evolving into a digital booking platform. They came to us with a messy UX, no design system, and a UI that couldn’t scale. Over 7 months, we led a full responsive redesign and built their first flexible design system to bring structure and clarity.

The platform lacked any UX hierarchy or strategy — user flows were chaotic and inconsistent.

No design documentation or system existed, making collaboration and iteration impossible.

Stakeholders had different visions of what features mattered, when, and where they should appear.

The product didn’t feel trustworthy or scalable for online booking.

We ran stakeholder workshops to align on key flows and priorities, bridging gaps between business and UX. Then we redesigned the platform with responsive layouts and a usable design system for the dev team.
